Sales Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

          • Responsible for overall maintenance of customer demands
          • Keep in touch with supplier frequently for latest production status of order.
          • Coordinate cross functions inside & outside COAST-TO-COAST to ensure on time delivery and achieve better 
            supplying performance
          • Coordinate cross functions inside & outside COAST-TO-COAST for customer complaint, to get solutions ASAP.
          • Collect and analyse the inventory weekly.
          • Coordinate customers demand with suppliers, and all COAST-TO-COAST departments
            (i.e. engineering, quality, etc.)
          • Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, suppliers and other COAST-TO-COAST departments
          • Local and international travel; Customers, suppliers, manufacturing and trade show etc.

Education, Experience & Skills:

          • Bachelor degree or above, major in International Trade, English, Spainish, Marketing.
          • Fluent English in oral and written. (CET-4 / CET-6)
          • Knowledge of Automotive Engine Parts or Custom Manufacturing Preferred. 
          • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Abobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw Perferred.
          • Must be able to work in a team environment.
